To sustainably manage our supply chain, we have rolled out a Group Procurement Transformation program which aims to optimize the number of suppliers we work with and help us establish long-term, value-added relationships with them, highlighting the “total cost of ownership” concept while maintaining a tight focus on driving sustainability.
Across the Group, we promote best practices and specific guidelines that help us choose the most sustainable suppliers.
