ENGAGING WITH OUR STAKEHOLDERS
Engagement with affected and benefited stakeholders across our value chain is central to TITAN’s ongoing due diligence process and double materiality assessment. This includes its processes to identify and assess actual and potential impacts, risks and opportunities and prioritize TITAN material issues. Stakeholder engagement builds trust, improves understanding of the impacts from our operations and addresses stakeholder concerns, while providing input to our materiality assessment process.
At a local level, we engage closely with individuals and groups in the communities where we work to learn from each other, develop skills and address challenges.
Globally, we join industry peers, academia and NGOs in raising industry standards, developing better building materials and sharing know-how.
Through these collaborative actions we gain feedback on all areas of our operations, so we can continue to improve as a business.
